What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I know that unexpected things crop up and sometimes you need to cancel an appointment. But as a small business, when a customer cancels, I lose what they would have paid for my services. To give me the best chance of filling that time slot with another customer, I appreciate 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products?
Whatever's best for you. I can bring my own cleaning materials or you can provide them for me.
What do you do?
What don't I do?! Within reason, we'll do anything you need to make your home and garden gorgeous. Take a look at my Services page for a list of my usual services. If what you need isn't listed, get in touch and we can have a chat. I can turn my hand to most things and am happy to help with whatever I can.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
Unfortunately, yes, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled. I'm sure you understand that, as a small business, late cancelled appointments mean a loss of earnings. Too many of those and there will be no Handy Helpers left to help and I'll have to go back to being a legal eagle!
Where do you operate?
I'm based in the beautiful Tyne Valley and am available for work in Gateshead, Newcastle and parts of Northumberland. If in doubt, give me a shout and let me know where you are.
Will you take my rubbish to the tip?
I can organise waste disposal for you via a trusted partner company. Bags are £2.50 each. Other items are individually priced. Get in touch to find out more.

Do you clean windows?
We sure do! Inside of windows on any floor. Outside of windows on ground floor only.
